Your Changing Body: Eating for optimum health after fifty (2018)

With Sandra Edwards, R.D

Sandra has been in private practice as a dietitian and professional health coach for over 24 years assisting and helping clients live healthier lives.

She says:

My focus is on helping people change their eating behaviour one step at a time. Many of my clients have been on numerous diets, and have finally realized that dieting doesn’t work. I especially enjoy those who are ready to embark on their new healthy lifestyle as I assist them in changing “what they want” – so they no longer have to deal with cravings and actually like their new way of living!

As a Certified Craving Change Facilitator, clients are empowered to learn by experience what triggers and beliefs they have and then develop strategies to improve their relationship with food.

In addition, as a Certified Leap Therapist, clients can be assured they are getting the best customized anti-inflammatory plan for helping them with their food sensitivities. This is effective for those struggling with unmanageable symptoms resulting from Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and Migraines when conventional therapies are simply not working.
